Good metrics on what your users are doing online can in be invaluable, but it's not always black and white. We can help you understand what it all means and what to do with it.
Here are a few things we traditionally measure:
- Bounce Rate
The percentage of single page visits to your Web site (for example, if a visitor went to one page of your event site and left, we can help you figure out how to get them to stay longer next time). - Unique Opened
The total number of recipients that actually opened your email campaign. - Impression
A single display of a referral link or advertisement on a Web page (such as measuring how many times a sponsor's logo was displayed and how many clicks it generated).
